  • Coordinate the home inspection process and negotiate any necessary repairs to satisfy the contractual repair contingency (we are happy to recommend home inspectors)
  • Coordinate with the lender, insurance providers and closing attorney and staff (we are happy to recommend closing attorneys)
  • Schedule and conduct a final walk through of the property with you
